College Heights Community Council, (“CHCC”), is a 501 (c)3 non-profit community group
To be an advocate for quality of life issues including security and preservation of the neighborhood environment. It is also CHCC’s mission to enhance the spirit and draw residents together to create an even more attractive future.
Our neighborhood is a designated Conservation District located in the Northeast section of the City of Reading. The CHCC neighborhood extends on its west side from the alleyway behind the properties on the west side of North 13th Street to the eastern-most boundary line of the properties on Oak Lane and on its south side from the midpoint of Robeson Street to the northern-most boundaries of the properties on Rockland Street. The area also includes Hampden Park.

Everyone is invited. Meetings generally last an hour and are followed by refreshments and an opportunity to talk with neighbors.
